How to download

  1. Copy the link from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
  2. Paste it into the box on the Save page and press Download.
  3. Pick a format if asked — YouTube lets you choose MP4 video or MP3 audio, plus a quality option.
  4. Your file downloads straight to your device. No popups, no fake buttons, no circus.

Common issues

A download failed. What now?
Try again in a minute — some platforms throttle requests. Private or region-locked content usually can’t be downloaded. If it keeps failing, send us the link via the contact page and we’ll take a look.
YouTube asks me to pick a format.
YouTube supports both video (MP4) and audio (MP3). You can choose each time, or set a default in YouTube settings so it never asks again.
Where do my downloads go?
Files save to your device’s default download folder. Downloads you make on this device also appear on the History page.
Is downloading legal?
Only download content you have the right to save — your own videos, public-domain media, or content you have permission for. See our terms and ethics.
